Came across a Vivianne Knox today in the database. It would suck if a celeb used a name that you wanted to use, but what if they used BOTH YOUR names? Double bad.

Wow, creepy! I was thinking of posting this exact same thing just a couple days ago, and I also know a Will Smith! ;D

Well, he mostly goes by William, but a lot of people call him Will Smith just for fun.

Oh! Come to mention it, there's also a Stephen/Steven King (not sure how he spells his name) in my little sister's class. O_o

I know OF a Will Smith! My friend hung out with him a lot while we were in high school. He's actually a member of Barely Blind (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=6350425). I don't know if anyone knows who they are. I don't know anything about them except that they exist. I wasn't much in to the local music scene in high school although I heard they were somewhat popular a while back.

He is the only one I can think of right now. Boo this headache.

My maiden name was Meredith Brown. When Meredith Brooks first came on the scene I got many comments from a lot of oh-so-witty folks. :P

Well, lol, my entire family has the first name of a different celeb, but they're pretty common, so I guess those don't count.

Oh, my mother's last name (maiden/current) is Spillane. She gets a lot of Mickey Spillane comments (used to more, not so much now) and we always got weird looks when people found out our cat's name was Mickey (no pun intended, he was named when her last name was Brown). On paperwork and prescriptions and such he was 'Mickey Spillane'.

I'm kind of sad about the whole Brangelina - Vivienne thing, because I've always loved that name (mostly due to the Arthurian-legen connotations) and now I feel like I couldn't use it without people assuming that I stole it from the celebrities. :o/ Fortunately, this case excepted, celebs tend to name their kids things that I would NEVER use in the first place, so I'm hoping that there will still be some association-free names on my list when the time comes to use them. ;o)
