(no subject)

I was watching the end credits of "When Harry Met Sally...." (best movie EVAR!)and when they listed the names of the actors who played the little old couples throughout the movie, I almost died when I saw one name.

Peter Pan.

I'm still chuckling....

haha. i wonder if it's real. if so, why would mr. and mrs. pan think it's a good idea to name their child peter? :(
it reminds me of all of those horrible names, like: harry dick, mike hunt, john johnson, etc.

I heard of a little boy from around where I live named Holden Hiscock. I'm not sure if it's a rumor or not, though. I hope so :-/

My sister had a good friend in high school named Benjamin Dover. Seriously, who DOES THAT?

Yeah I saw that I think the first time I watched the movie on DVD. I can't remember some of the bizarre names I've come across. Well, actually there was a Fanny Sieman who died a long time ago. I saw it on a grave stone in the cemetary by my former college.

My favorite funny name is from when my husband worked at a catalogue company like 12 years ago and took an order from a fussy old lady named Esmerelda Duckworth.

I also knew a girl in elementary school named Terry Terry (first and last name) WTF?!

My mum was once a library assistant and had a customer whose name was David David David. Seriously, first middle and last. Believe it or not it gets worse. That was not the name given to him at birth by his parents but a name he CHOSE for himself. WTF?!

So he'll never forget!

Yeah, my dad had a college professor named George George George. Luckily, this was pre-George of the Jungle says.

I had a friend in middle school whose mother's favorite name was Holly. She had 5 daughters and couldn't name any of them Holly, because their last name was... BUSH!
