haha I totally remember thinking how "Avion" sounds like a trendy name like a year ago... it's the French/Spanish word for airplane. Out of all of these names, Payre concerns me the most. The only one of these I unabashedly like is Miriam. Anya and, yes, Avion are guilty pleasures.

i completely fell in love with zavi when i met the girl. i specifically asked her if that was her full name and she said yes. i just love it, its inexplicable.

i dont know how payre was pronounced, i can only assume like the fruit.

and avion was av-ee-on. i dont like it. it reminds me too much of the avian bird flu. :/

Miriam is a classic that could definitely be used more often. I like Althea; not quite my style, but old-fashioned and pretty.

I know two girls named Hunter and I don't understand the appeal of that name on a girl.

I think I am the minority, but I love Hunter on a girl. I like it so much better than on a boy. I know an Althea; I still don't know if I like it or not. It suits her.
