Hey guys!

Did you discover that aswell? Counting the amount of names on your list for every single initial letter from A to Z there is one (or maybe two) initial letter that has the largest amount of names. On my list for example the initial letter 'A' has the largest amount of both, girls- (32 names starting with 'A') and boys names (37 names starting with 'A'). The second largest amount of girls names has the initial letter 'M' (31 names). As for the boys names the second largest amount has the initial letter 'C' (22 names). Here are some examples (those marked with a * are my most favourite ones):

J is the most common for me, but thats because I always had intentions of naming my child a J name since I am one [Jessica] and my mom is one [Jerilyn~ like Marilyn with a J]. But once I got pregnant, the boyfriend didnt like Gianna/Jianna for a girl as much as I do...so we settled on Adrianna :) We've never even talked about boys names, but I like a lot more boys names than girls names so Im glad were having a girl- it was much easier to decide!

Boys: Adrian*, Andrew, Anthony, Asa, Connor [with 2 'l's though]

Nice! I really like Adrianna. :-) Some 'J'-names from my list would be Jemima, Jera, Jona/Joona, Josephine/Josephina, Junia, Juniva or Justina/Justine for a girl or Jason, Jérémie/Jeremy, Jérome/Jerome, Joaquin, Joel, John, Jonathan, Joshua or Julian/Julien for a boy.

For boys I'm a mixed bag, but for girl names I seem to like M names -- Melina, Mireille, Miranda, Marina.

I seem to have a lot of A names for boys and girls. Also I have a lot of J, S and M girl names. For boys I don't have that many in general.

I have Adrian, Alastair, Amadeus and Andrew on my list with their meanings as well.

I dont like any of your girls name. Everytime i see Mairi i think of "Mirai" which is Japanese for future (Example: Mirai no Trunks which is Future Trunks, you anime freaks would know. ^_~)

I do like Adrian, Alec, Andrew, and Colin.

I'm against the name Anakin for any child, although it's probably one of the more normal sounding star warsish names...I just hate Anakin skywalker with a passion. Although he was cute in episode 2 as a jedi padawan.

Yeah, seems like A is a very popular initial letter. ;-) There are also only very few boys- and girls names that I really LOVE, but most of them start with different letters. *g*
