I don't think I've ever heard it said with a z sound, but I'm probably not hanging out with people who Isis is a name of their culture. I've only ever heard it Eye-sis.
And then, as an edit, once I finally said it out loud, it runs together as one word because of the similar sounds at the end of Hannah and the beginning of Isis. Hannisis.
Huh. I've never really understood what people are talking about when they say that names don't match, but these don't match for me. Probably because I think of Hannah as a plainish Jewish girl and Isis as a beautiful Latina woman. If I didn't know a seriously beautiful Isis I might think they go together better, though.
Hmm, I think it's mainly because I've known a few Hannahs I've not been very fond of. To be fair, I also know some awesome Hannahs but I think people you know when you're young can really stamp an impression on names.
