I love the name Winona. I knew a girl named Winona, and her last name started with an R, too. She was also named after the city in Minnesota just like Winona Ryder...but she wasnt Winona Ryder. Nor was she southern.

Anyway, I also dig Belle and Charlotte (never saw it as a southern name though). Thats pretty much it.

I hate Clementine. It is one of my least favourite names. I would have to agree with this list; a lot of them do sound Southern. I think for almost all those names I can picture some redneck man or a Southern Belle.
