If its going to be pronounced Ay-dree-AH-na (like Adriana Lima), then Adriana. If its going to be pronounced Ay-dree-anna (like the name Anna), then I prefer Adrienne.

I love Adrienne/Adrianne, but I don't like it spelled Adriane because it looks like a typo of the male version of the name (Adrian).

I don't like Adrianna because it seems so overdone.

i personally like adrienne, but out of those two, i'd choose adrianne. adriane looks like it should be pronounced ay-dree-ayne.

a nice alternative to both of those names is adria. i think it's such a nice name. my brother likes the name aria, which is kind of similar.

Adriana. I don't like how Adriane/Adrianne sounds just like Adrian, which I like for a boy. I prefer -ana to -anna for most names because it looks less cluttered.
