i had never even heard of the name kierie. but when i started college, i met a girl with that name. is that spelling really weird? i have no idea.

aster - Like it's trying too hard to be different from Esther, and too close to "ass."
camille - Love it.
colclough (COKE-lee) - Uh, no. The name is bad enough, but the spelling is awful.
eloise - Eh, it's okay but not one I'd use.
flora - Not a fan.
haven - Eww.
kathleen (nickname: kat) - I like Kat as a nickname and this is okay, but I prefer Katherine or Katerina.
kierie (KEER-ree) - Not a fan.

greer - not unisex. and gross even on boys, which is the only way this name is acceptable.
hadley - not really unisex, and it's a last name.
harper - eh, it's okay on either, but i prefer on girls.
nico - definitely definitely definitely not unisex. it's a boy's name and i love it as such, but it's totally awful on girls.
quinn - don't like it on either.
sasha - love it on boys; acceptable on girls, but not as nice.
