you missed Erma Bombeck and Abbott (from the Abbott and Costello films). I never really looked at these lists that closely but now that I'm typing them up I see all the celebrity references.

I don't like most of these names (they're all pretty old and frumpy), but Fanny is one name that I will never understand. It's either a bum or a vag, and neither is a good name for a kid.

I always thought Sally was the prettiest name and everyone always gave me a hard time for that. I can't help it, it's so sweet, and it reminds me of Peanuts.

Vivian is beautiful of course. =)
