The ones that I think are okay are:
Rhiannon, Josef (it's probably due to nationality that it's spelled this way), Dusty, Rhys, Tabitha (I like that name), Patrice, Avery, Elijah, Isaiah and Wyatt.

Sebestien is okay, would be better if it were spelled with an "A".

Any "dyn" names can go away.

Unusual, well...names you wouldn't really hear on 11-14 year old kids.
She didn't Lucy from Sylvia. I guess it's just her nickname.
