Well, I'm pregnant. Which means, I should consider names at some point during the pregnancy. We don't know the sex yet, but we'd appreciate your input on our list! Be as honest as you can- if this kid gets saddled with a name, I don't want it to have some small asset that a bully can pick up and use against him/her.

I like the boy names, Oliver a bit more though. I like Juliet and Matilda on your girls list as well.

I like Oliver quite a lot, but I'm afraid it will get common in the next 5 years or so.
Jack is okay for a nickname, and Henry sounds like it, although it's a name of its own.

All of these names are on my long list, except Susanna. Excellent taste.

Well. Technically, I really hate kr8ve spellings, but Evaline. My best friend is named Evan. And... yeah. He's dumb and he thought that was how you spell Evelyn. And I fell in love with that spelling.

oliver, henry and jack are three of my favorite boys names (oliver is my number one and has been forever, and jack is my partners name, so i wouldnt use it now)

i really like all of your girls names, but ruby is currently my number one. the only ones i am not wild about are juliet and matilda, and even those are beautiful in their own right, just not on my list, which doesnt mean anything at all.

also, i prefer susannah.

I love Henry, but everyone I mention it to thinks it's horribly ugly, like my mom and my friends. :-/ Oliver I can't make up my mind about. Jack I really love but it's soo common right now.

I like them - they're good names! Can't see anything they'd get teased for, but of course it depends on how it's combined with your last name.

My only comment would be that these names, to varying extents, are fairly popular at the moment. But that is obviously just because a lot of people like them. If it bothers you, you could check out exactly how popular they are and whether it's rising... but I think it's fine personally, because everyone grows up in a generation which has its own specific names and there's nothing wrong with being one of those people who has a name that's pretty common amongst their age group. At least they're not really trendy names that date easily, like the Mackenzies of a few years ago. I would try and avoid the top 5 though at least. I think Jack is probably right up there, but the others aren't all that high up as far as I know.

I think only the boys names are really that popular, and generally, boys don't seem to care all that much.

But if the girls names are actually getting really popular, then I would definitely suggest to the OP, that as an Emily, she should rethink some of the names. But I don't think they're getting that popular, so who knows?

I love all your boys name, and most of your girls (Ruby isn't for me, and I think that while Matilda is a lovely name, not everyone may think so). Otherwise, LOVEE the names. Tons. I suppose I should say my favorites though.

Oliver is a terrible name. I hate it. I guess I'm in the minority here though. Jack is fairly boring.

I really like every single one of these names! They're both very classic, nice names with good nickname possibilities (but don't necessarily need one), they're common enough that there aren't spelling problems, but with the exception of Jack, it's unlikely there'd be too many kids by the same name, etc.

I love all three boy names equally, but if I had to pick a favorite I'd go with Henry. My favorites from the girl list are Juliet, Matilda, and Susannah. I love the others, too, but I think those are the ones that sound best on both children AND adults. I'm not a huge fan of Susie as a nickname, though -- I prefer Anna.

I love all of the names. Henry and Oliver are my favorite from the boys group and Alice, Evelyn and Ruby are my favorites from the girls group. Juliet and Susanna are my least favorite names. I like the nickname Susie better than Susanna.

The only ones that aren't on my name list (but I still like) are Jack and Juliet. Oh, except I prefer Susannah
