My friend just had her triplets today.

She called them Alexander Ryan, Aiden Robert and Kieran Richard

WDTY?

Also what do you think Alfie (as a name in it's own right- not a nickname for Alfred)?

Alfie is short for Alfred, right?

Geez, it manages to be stodgy and wimpy all at once.

The only problem i have with the triplets names are that 2 have the initial AR and one doesn't. Also, Robert and Richard are more classic names, whereas Ryan doesn't fit that, at least for me. Same for the first names. Alexander is classic, the other two are trendy.

see, i saw a pattern similar to mine. mine is one biblical name & one traditional irish.

on her trips, i see 'classic' names (alexander, robert & richard) & 'irish' names (kieran, ryan & aiden)

I like Alexander Ryan, but Aiden is SOOOO overused and Kieran is blah. Plus, it looks weird to have the them with two of them and not with the third. They should either all have A names or all different.

I don't like Alfie at all. It could work as a nickname, I guess, but it's really blah.

Alexander Ryan, Aiden Robert and Kieran Richard are nice... not really fond of Richard, but otherwise I like them, even if Aiden is really popular.

Alfie reminds me of the cheesy Jude Law remake of the 1966 movie.

I like the sound of Alexander, Aiden & Kieran, even though I'm not that fond of the name Kieran it its own right. I think they're good names =)

I don't like Alfie. I used to know a girl called Alfie, and somehow that always stuck with me...so now I can only picture it on a girl.

Goodjob with correct spellings and the right gender names, but I don't like the fact the initials are A.R, A.R, and K.R.

The world doesn't need anymore Aiden's, and I really hate both Kieran & Richard, butthat's being picky. Overall the're okay.

I just started singing Alfie by Lily Allen, haha. Alexander Ryan is probably the only name that I like.

I like Alexander Ryan a lot. Aiden's going to be one of many in his class, but I still like the name, and think it pairs well with Robert. I'm not a big fan of Kieran Richard, though.

I don't care for Alfie, either, especially as a name in its own right. It sounds too cutesy/nick-namey.

Alexander is nice, Kieran I can deal with (prefer Ciaran, though), but poor Aiden. He got a bad deal.

Alexander Ryan is one of my favorite names.

I think Alfie is cute as a nickname, but not a stand alone name. I can't picture an adult Alfie.

i like alexander, ryan, and kieran. aiden is sooo popular, but i don't mind the way it sounds. i don't really like robert too much and i really dislike richard.

alfie is better than alfred IMO.

to be honest, i don't really like alfie either. but if i had to choose one, i'd definitely choose alfie over alfred.

They're alright names, I don't have a problem with the initials - I'd rather them all be different, but at least they're not all the same- that's my preference.

Kieran Richard made me think of the word "kitchen" when I first saw it, for some reason.

None of them are names I especially like or would use, but I have no problem with any of them.

Alfie..... I find it pretty disgusting to be honest, but I'm not sure why.
