I like (* = names I'd actually use):

Alcyone, Ambrosia*, Aphrodite, Cassandra*, Ceres, Cornucopia, Demeter, Fionnuala* (I absolutely ADORE this), Freya*, Gaia, Griffin, Hecate, Hera, Hermione, Icarus, Jason, Loki, Medea* (that's been a favourite of mine for years), Morrigan, Odysseus, Orion, Pandora, Persephone, Phoebe*, Psyche, Scylla, Thanatos, and Valkyrie (I'd use Kyrie as a name).

A heap of those I like either because of the way they look (e.g. Alcyone, Scylla), others I like the way they sound (e.g. Ceres, Odysseus). A lot of them I like because of the mythology behind them.

However, I cannot for the life of me stand Athena. Ever since an old mate of mine said it was the ultimate stripper name, I can't get past imagining a pole dancer every time I hear/see it.

Hehe, that reminds me of how my (VERY Southern) English teacher used to pronounce Hippolyta as "hippo-lighter". I used to draw pictures of hippos shooting flames out their mouths when I got bored in class.
