Hayden - I'd definitely stay away from this one. Hayden itself is ranked 71st for boys, 194th for girls, but when you take into account the rhyming names of Aidan, Jayden, Caden, Brayden, Drayden, Raiden, Zayden, and the almost rhyming names of Peyton, Leyton, etc. it's by far the most common, and most trendy name out there. He'll be lost in a rhyming sea.
Andrew Lucas is really nice.
For the girls' names, Aimee and Courtney are very 80s. Michaela is not really my thing, but major props to you for spelling it right. However, 'Kayla' is insanely, insanely popular right now, so watch out for that.
Emily is also really common, but it's a lovely name.
The only names I would go with from your boys' list are the first and last ones- Ethan Thomas and Andrew Lucas. I loathe the Aidan family, with the exception of Aidan, for the simple fact that the names are so trendy. I realize some don't mind trendiness and that freak popularity isn't a factor, but keep in mind that your child may be going by Hayden A. for the rest of his life. I don't care for Spencer at all; it's definitely nms.
But all in all, you have good combinations for the boys; I can say that much. =)
Your girls' names aren't my style, either, and I've always thought Courtney is a name for those born in the 80s and 90s. It's outdated, IMO. Same with Amy, though I like that spelling; always have. Michaela is a great spelling of that name; the only good one, but it's still so trendy. Emily is number one on the charts... I like Aimee Sophia the most.
