what would you do if you had your heart set on a name, but a cousin of yours already was named that, but you didnt talk to that family member much at all?

If it were me, I'd name my child whatever I wanted to. Especially if you aren't very close to that relative.

I am kind of in a situation like that already. (I'm 14w4d preggo). My aunt decided to use the middle name of Elizabeth for one of her daughters (a 1st cousin of mine) and when she found out I was going to name my little girl (if it's a girl) London Elizabeth, she freaked out and started yelling at me just becasue my child has the sme middle name as her daughter.

It's your child. Name your child whatever comes to mind and whatever name you like the most and means a lot to you.

I love London Elizabeth btw. I heard London for the first time on the disney channel the other day and its so pretty.

That's crazy...it's not like Elizabeth is one of the 10 most popular girls names or anything ;) ;) (and probably THE most popular middle name for girls that startes with an E)
