Katie. Spelled "Keighty." Yeah... i just stared at it for a really really long time. I seriously thought it was someone trying to shorten Keira Knightley's name, but no. Her name is seriously Keighty.

I'm a Katie, so that spelling really hurts my feelings.

My sister has a friend named Caety. It's not even short for anything.

Lies! Everyone knows that the proper Mary Sue name for Katie is "Kh'aetii"!

...As a Katie, the only odd spelling that I actually like is "Cady" for Cadence.

I'm a Katherine. =) I think my favorite version is "Caitlin," but that's one of those names that does have a lot of "correct" spellings, so I'm not too picky.

That name doesn't even say Katie to me; it says "Kitey." Blech.

I pronounced it "keety" when I saw it. Lol.

My sister (a Katie) gets her name spelled all sorts of ways, Katy or Kaiti. That would probably make me mad, Katy and Kaiti are supposed to be ones getting their names spelled Katie.

Cady or Catie I'm okay with, if it's short for Cadence or Caitlin. But there is no need for Keighty.

Meh. It's not that bad. I love the way "eigh" looks, and most names that contain it (Leigh, Ashleigh, etc.) It's original and not TOO unique. I think it's a fun way to spruce up an extremely common name (like Cady).

Keighty reminds me of the time I saw the name Caitlin spelt Keightlynn. As much as I love the look of 'Keight', I'd never give that to a child.

I've seen Katie (which I love) spelt Keyte before.
