I like Shana spelled this way, but hate the spelling you have, because it looks really made-up. Ciara, Paige, and Melody I have a hard time seeing on adults. And Dakota is horrendous, especially on a girl.

One of my bestest friends is named Shana (SHAY-nuh), so I think that spelling would be rad! I also like Melody, Violet and Paige (think they work well as a sibset, too).

Abby was my darling sixteen-year-old cat's name, so it'll always be a cat name to me. But she was a great cat, so that's not necessarily a bad thing! Maybe as a nn for Abigail? I don't think Abby ages well by itself.

The names that stick out to me as not the best choices are: Kiersten (looks misspelled), Ciara (ditto), Dakota (I really like it, too, but it's just so popular now), and Arainia (not sure how to pronounce it).

The others I could go either way!

I've never pronounced Ciara like Kee-rah. I don't think that anybody would. It's See-air-uh.

I do really like Violet, and Dakota is growing on me.

CIara pronounced Kee-rah is the Irish way. That is how I prefer to spell that name.

actually Ciara is the correct spelling. It's a gaelic name pronounced Kee-rah.

LOVE Ciara! It's my cousins name and she's 21 and i definitely think it ages well.
I also like Abby (but as a nickname for Abigail) and Paige =)
