So I'm watching Ghost Hunters on Sci-Fi ((and doing a thorough job of freaking myself out too... ^ ^))  but there's one investigator's name that caught my eye:

Grant. 

I've never really thought much about it, but after hearing people say it for a while, and seeing it printed on the screen, I kind of like it.  WDYT?

Jason nn Jay
Dave ((they call him Tango, which is his last name-- I really like that, actually, but I don't think it could be a real first name))
Kris ((she's female, don't know if it's short for Kristina or not))
Steve ((I like Steven but not Steve))
Heather

There's a bunch of others, but I don't remember because they're reruns and they lose/add team members all the time.

I like Brian, Jason, Steve, and Heather. I don't like Kris as a nickname for a girl, I prefer Krissie or Kristy.

Grant is my Dad's name (well it is Michael Grant but he is always known as Grant).

Cause it is my Dad's name I can't really like it or dislike it cause I'm too close to it.

I only like it pronounced Gr-arnt though. I can't stand Gr-ant.

My uncle's name is Grant. :)

I like pretty much all those names. Not enough that I'd ever use them, though. One of my favourite teachers ever was named Steve and the name Heather's growing on me. Kris is probably the only one I don't like. I hate the Kristina spelling, and I went to school with a Kristofor.

My husband and I have an acquaintance/friend we hang out with occasionally who we met through another friend in college that we've always called Tango. It was three years before we found out his real name (I don't know why we never bothered to ask!). His newer friends and coworkers call him Jimmy. We still call him Tango though; I think it's cute. :P
