I think it's interesting that Ella tops that girls list.. it's not a name that I've heard often (although there is an Aussie band who have a lead singer called Ella, I wonder if that's a runover from her, their original fanbase might be about baby-popping age now) :)

Do you know how Lachlan is pronounced? I think that's a real factor as many american's I've talked to (used to LOVE the name until I had 5 across 3 grade 1 classes) says "How the hell is that meant to be said" hahah

my guess would be Lock-lan/Lock-lyn (sort of a blend between aah and i in my head), Like Sarah McLachlan
