is anyone here into alternative spellings and/ or making up your own names....taking a name that you sort of like and changing it around .. like..exapmple.. i liked the name "jessenia" but i changed around to become "jessiña"

Made up names can go either way. Some of them come out beautiful, others come out horrible. It all depends on the name.

As for creatively spelling a name... some people go too far. Substituting a K for a C is one thing, but changing half the vowels to Ys just looks like a 13 year old named the child. It becomes a pain for the child later on in life and it makes a lot of people assume that the parents were uneducated.
