I used to work at a daycare, and there was a little boy named Caleb Matthew. His mum, Britni, was pregnant and due in October. I just found out the name of the baby.
Princetin Bethany.
I feel bad for that poor little girl. She'll be called PRINCE most likely. What little girl wants to be called Prince?
And poor Caleb will feel like he's been jipped with a common name.
Ack, I just think that is a terrible thing to name your daughter.

Yuck! :( Two not so good words in the same name. If she does get called Prince she'll be known as Tin-tin.

Hopefully she'll just go by her middle name. I happen to think it's lovely. ;)

At least she went with a 'normal' middle name, which is quite nice.

Yick, and to think Caleb Matthew is such a nice name. I think Princetin is gonna feel jipped for having such a lousy weird name.
Bethany is pretty though, would go by that if I were her.

Ouch. Hahaha - Princeton, just spelled wrong :/

Ah well, the mother has a terrible name too - maybe she wanted to pass on the tradition because she's bitter? ;)

I think Caleb will thank his lucky stars, not be upset that he has a common name! Why is it that the ridiculous, stupidly spelled and made-up names are usually inflicted on girls, while boys mainly get away with more normal ones? Argh.

Oh, yeah. How awful is that? I never understood why he couldn't be troubled to give his kids their own, individual names. What does he call them? Maybe the younger one is Version 2.0.

I used to be interested in ancient Rome, and their practice was not to give their daughters names at all - they'd just be called the feminine version of the family name... so the daughter of Gaius Claudius would be called Claudia, the daughter of Marcus Aurelius would be Aurelia, etc. If there was more than one daughter, they would be called by their numbers... It always seemed so awful to me.

Not that you asked :)
It just came to mind.

eewww.. we've come a long way from ancient roman times. phew...
as for michael jackson, i just think he's an egomaniac, and likes hearing "prince" in front of his own name. creepy.

This is one of those cases where the name looks to me like someone woefully uneducated attempted to impress people with a smart-sounding name on their kid. As though intelligent people who go to the schools are actually named things like Harvard, Princeton and Stanford. It's like those 80s names like Crystal and Tiffany that tried to sound rich, but really were just low to middle class average names, unseen in high class families. The bad spelling Princetin just emphasizes how ridiculous and low class the name actually is.

My boyfriends knows a guy named William Williams who went to Williams. But he wasn't Wyllyam Wiliammz, so I suspect he is an exception rather than the rule.

Can you imagine how embarrassing it will be for Prinsetin if she grows up and, say, wants to go to an Ivy League school? Well done, parents, well done.

Oh good grief.

Isn't it shocking you need to take a test to drive, but any dumbass can breed and name their offspring whatever they want? I think there should be some sort of aptitude test you need to take before you are allowed to fill out the birth certificate.
