I dislike Drew for a girl anyway, but I think it sounds way too modern paired with the old-fashioned Beatrix and masculine alongside the delicate-sounding Bianca.

bianca drew is definitely the best out of these. it's not my style, but i do like it, and i think it's a good mix of classic, feminine, pretty first name with masculine middle name so that she's got two options to go by. i'd keep bianca as the first name, as i think you're much more likely to have an unhappy child with an uncommon name for girls than with a more common one. she might dislike it, who knows, but i'd go with the safer bet and give her another option with drew that she's not forced to go by if she hates it, you know what i mean? i don't like beatrix.
