I love Anna, but the others, just aren't my style. I think Katrina will remind people too much of Hurricane Katrina.

I know. I knew a girl in HS named Katrina, who went by Trina. Ever sense I met her, I just adored her name. But whenever I have brought it up, minus talking to Josh about it, everyone has said "Hurricane". :(

I'm a huge fan of Brynn. I've known too many Anna's to like the name anymore and the rest don't really catch my attention. However, Elisa is really pretty.

Alexa- Pretty, but I think it's going to be one of those populars soon.

Anna- Classic, I do prefer the longer Annabel though.

Avery- Urgh, no.

Brenna- So boring.

Brynn- Sounds too masculine.

Danic/ka- Harsh sounding, especially ugly. Sounds like it should be the name of a medecine.

Elisa- Kind of dated. Elisa/Elysa/Alyssa etc.. too many variantas to be particauarly interesting.

Jolyn- This isn't even a name. Unless you mean Joscelyn?

Katrina- I think hurricane.

I went to school with a girl named Jolyn. Joe-lynn. I like it because Josh's mom's name is Jo and my mother's name is Lynn.

Hmm.. that doesn't make it a legitimate name. It doesw sound made up, I guess because it is.. which is not a good trait IMO.
Sounds a bit tacky and hicky-ish.
If you like it for the family connection then why not use it in the middle name. Surely there are other names you would rather use for a first name cause you love them.. bit more passion behind the choice?

Danica is my favorite!! That's our first choice for a daughter. I'm actually happy to see that not everyone else likes it - that means there won't be a million of them.
