Not just for newborns...
Apr. 28th, 2008 02:00 pmThere are crazies in every generation! Here are a couple of names I came across at work recently:
Winterfawn~adult female late 30's
Maximus~adult male mid 20's
Le Count~adult male mid 40's
Veneche~adult female early 30's (pronounced Veh-NEESH-ah)
I think Winterfawn is pretty for an American Indian name, however, my first thought was "Wow! Her mom was a hippie!" Maximus seems like too much pressure for a boy. What if he looks like a Minimus? Le Count...wth? Too much Sesame Street? Ghetto fabulous reach for a regal sounding name? Veneche...first of all, can I buy a different vowel please? The name sounds ok but the spelling is horrible! I wonder how many times in her life she has been called Ven-ee-chee?

Le Count is effing hilarious. "Ghetto fabulous reach for a regal sounding name?"
My thoughts exactly.
