A couple of names I've come across recently that have made me wince:

Jhordan (female, late teens/early 20s).

Alecks (male, similar age). I bet his name is Alexander and he's just trying to jazz it up.

Ah, well that makes sense :) Maybe his name is Alecksander or something, in which case I can't really fault his choice of nickname...

Hmm, maybe I'm being harsh on this guy :-/ I'd never seen it before and it just looked like a "creative" way of spelling Alex...
