Thanks everyone!

Wow what a great community! Thank you everyone for your input I really appreciate it. So many months to go to decide so I'm sure I'll come up with a million more names I like & dislike. We for sure are not going with Adian OR Madison anymore. I grew up as Nicole and hated knowing 5 other Nicoles so I don't want to do that to my child. But I also don't want to name my child something hard to pronounce, spell, or something that sounds funny. (What's up with Pirate, or Moxie Crimefighter... are you kidding me?)

There is a lot of meaning to Johanna though. It is my little sisters middle name and there is no one in my family I love more than my sister. She is the world to me. Then my husbands mom's name is Jo so Johanna would kind of represent both of them which I think is way cool. So hopefully I can find a good first name that works with Johanna as a middle name. I think Avalyn is cool, but Ava Johanna M. sounds better than Avalyn Johanna M. that's just too much. (IMO) But Ava is really popular also isn't it? I don't know.

Talk about a BIG HUGE decision though. Naming your child. They have to live with this name FOR THEIR ENTIRE LIFE. It's just such a big deal to me.

How about Eva (EE-vah) Johanna? I think that sounds lovely, and it's close to Ava :)

I like Avalyn Johanna, I don't think it's too much. And she can change it legallt when she's older if she doesn't like it, lol.

i don't like how eva & johanna sound together. but if you do, go for it. otherwise, you can do something similar, like evelyn johanna or eve johanna.

I actually Avalyn Johanna flows better than Ava Johanna. Evelyn Johanna's not bad either.
