Hahaha, Chance Snow!

The portmanteau names make me laugh as well. In my newspaper last week there was a Richayenne. That was interesting too.

A friend of mine has the middle name "Snow", it's a family name, apparently.

A friend of mine's mother named her daughter Raynisha. The reason was, she wasn't sure if it was goin' to be a girl or a boy. So when she was born and it turned out to be a girl, she decided to put the two names together.

That's even worse. Why not just choose one name instead of mixing them together?

Toddrick made me lol.

Chance Snow is destined to be a weatherman. Weathermen always have the coolest names. Dallas Raines and Johnny Mountain are two of my local weathermen.

This post made me LOL for sure.
Breatney does not make Brittany! WTF?!?
Keymoney sounds kind of pretty if it was spelled better. (weird enough)

Benjerman! Gah! When I was five or six, my best friend next door was named Benjamin. He went by Ben, but I called him Benjerman teasingly...because I thought Benjerman was his full namem, and he hated being called by his full name. I was flipping through my mother's big Bible one night to look at the illustrations and happened to come across Benjamin. I remember thinking the lack of an r must be a typo, and flipping around to look at other pages. I was so shocked when I realized my mistake. I loved names, even then, and couldn't believe I'd been pronouncing my best friend's wrong for nearly a year. The next time I saw him, I kept saying, "Bennnnjuhman," in practice. He got really annoyed, because I wouldn't stop chanting his name. In retrospect, I don't think I ever explained why I was doing it, so I can't really blame him. So. Benjerman. Nooooo.
