Joke's on me!

I've been seeing these names in this community, specifically the birth announcement stuff, and I was saying to myself, "Are there  really that many people with such unique names? With such creative spellings? There can't be. What are these people thinking!?"

Then I went to the bank today. My teller's name was "Jessikka."

Ugh.

I wondered the same myself. Then two of my husband's cousins had children within the last two months. They named them (both girls) Taverly and Whitley. :/
