A cute family came into the store I work at the other day. The kids' names:
Sadie (12)
Nellie (6 or 7)
Richie (5 or 6)

I'm not sure if I like them. WDYT?

I love Sadie, as a nickname or a full name.

Nellie is such a cute nickname, but I still associate it too strongly with Nelly Furtado (ugh, that nasal voice, that stupid bird song) and Nelly the rapper. I wouldn't want anyone shouting, "'EEEEEEEEY, MUST BE THE MONAYYYYYYYYYYY," at my kid. Not that that's likely, it's just the first thing I think of when I hear that name. I'm sure everyone will forget both of these people eventually, and maybe I even will, and will once again appreciate the name properly.

Richie, I hate. Rich, Richard, any variation, yuck.
