Ever read Romeo & Juliet? :)
Remember Romeo's old girlfriend?
Her name was Rosaline(roz-ah-line).
I read the play in grade 9, completely loved the play & that name.
It really stuck with me and now I am wondering what everyone thinks of it.
Does it sound too pretentious? Just throwing it out thurr. :P
WDYT?

Date: 2008-04-21 03:05 pm (UTC)It's not really my style, but it is pretty. Here we would pronounce it Roe-sah-leen.

Date: 2008-04-22 12:22 am (UTC)If it's "rose", then I think it sounds better with a "lyn" sound at the end more than "line".
But if it's "rawz", then I think that the "line" sounds better.
