I'd like to hear what you think about the following names. As you can see, it is much easier for us to think of girl names than boy names. Any suggestions for either would be much appreciated.

The baby's last name will be hyphenated, two syllables total.

I like Iris and Amelie. I don't like Gabrielle because I hate the nn Gabby. I think Scarlett and Kara sound like stripper names imho. I like all of the boys names, in this order... 1.Lucas 2.Sebastian 3. Owen 4. Oliver.

My friend's daughter's name is Gabriella and they call her Gabri. So Gabby isn't always the shortened version :)

I like Julie, Lucia, Kara (but prefer Cara), Samantha, Scarlett, and Amelie. Gabrielle, Margot, Simone, and Iris are all okay, but not my style. I'd like Margo more spelled this way, since the t always makes me think of "maggots." Jolie is way too Angelina Jolie for my tastes.

For boys, I love Oliver and Lucas, and I sort of like Sebastian. Owen isn't my style.
