Haha, I agree with you too. It must be so awkward to introduce yourself: 'Hi, I'm Precious.'

It reminds me of a Friends episode, in which Phoebe meets Mike's ex-girlfriend, who is called Precious, and Phoebe is like: 'Yeah...I can't say that. I'm going to call you Suzy.'
