Actually, I pronounce it like 'Bles' (like the 'e' in 'get'). But I suppose if I were to meet an English person with that name, I would say Blaze as well =)

Blaise is my grandpa & my second cousin's name... It's pronounced Blaze.

They are both full blood Italians.
