I think I'd go with Layla since it starts with a different letter, and if you chose Ariel you'd have a Disney princess theme going on (not that there's anything wrong with that ;) ).

Yeah, I was thinking Disney princesses too. Then you'd have to get more cats just so you could name them Jasmine, Cinderella, Mulan, Belle...

I agree with the Disney princess thing but you would also have an "A" thing going on, which isn't so bad.

I LOVE Ariel for a kitty but I also like Layla a lot too, and since you already have a kitty named Aurora, the name Layla would be better I think as there's more of a sound destinction between the two names, which also come in handy for a species that doesn't normally "name" things! So Layla gets my vote.

Ariel. Disney princesses, and the A set. Hubby says the A set would be too similar, but I disagree; the emphasis and sounds are different enough that I don't think you or the cats would have any trouble.

But Layla is also nice, if you choose it.

I think Layla would be adorable on a cat, especially if it were black.

Plus, every time she frustrates you, you can groan, "You've got me on my KNEES, Layla."
