babynamesMy cousin and girlfriend have decided to name their soon-to-arrive baby Alexander. (I assume that's how it will be spelled. I'll strangle them if they spell it Alyxander or Allexsandher or something equally ridiculous! Not that I've ever seen it spelled any other way).
I hope it won't be shortened to Alex. Or Ally. (I don't mind Xan/Xander) I intend to call him Alexander in full. To me, it is an adorable yet strong name. And timeless. Popular, but not overused.
