what are other plausible nicknames for allison? i really love the name, but i'm a nickname fiend so i can't see myself ever using the name if i can't call her anything other than allie/ally/ali for short, and i don't really like allie because i've known too many allies that i really hate. i'm up for all suggestions, no matter how out there.

I'm an Alison. I always got Ali or Al. I hated Al, but I liked Ali. I guess you could call her Alis, which is kind of ironic, seeing as how Alison was originally a nickname for Alice...
