WDYT of Ian Jude?

Or Jude Ian?

Random Side Note: My friends nephew is named Jude Zethan (like Ethan with a Z)

I think its horrendous :P Jude is nice but Zethan is bad :X

Ian Jude sounds better than Jude Ian.
While the latter doesn't sound bad at all, it kinda runs together a little.

i like jude a lot. its my mans middle name, and his fathers middle name, so was hoping to use it, but he just informed me that he hates it. boo.

i am not a huge fan of ian, but it just isnt my style, i think its nice enough though.

jude ian sounds like judean (which means 'of or pertaining to judea')

zethan is horrible. thank god its a middle name.

I agree lol :P Its funny because its actually my friends FAULT that they named her nephew Zethan. They were looking on a bible name website for a middle name and she goes. "haha yeah you should TOTALLY use Zethan as his middle name..." and she was kidding but her sister goes. "Zethan...i like that..."

She apologizes to him every time she see's him now :P

Ian Jude flows better

i like ian jude better :) jude is a lovely name, same with ian. i read the story you commented about zethan--haha, that'll make me think twice before suggesting names!

I'm really not a fan of Jude. Ian's a decent name, but I don't really think they sound good together. Or maybe it's that they *sound* okay, but they don't look great because they're both so short.

In any case, Ian Jude is better than Jude Ian, even though I don't like either.

I love the name Jude. I can take or leave Ian, but it does sound nice with Jude.

I like both names, but not really together. Jude Ian blends too much and Ian Jude sounds alright, but not one of those "OMGOSH" combinations. I guess, for me, with Jude being an unique and kinda funky name, I would find it fitting better with a funkier name than Ian.

Zethan is kinda hard for me to say, with the Z and the 'th' sound. Poor boy :X

I don't like the name Ian at all. It reminds me of the creep in High Fidelity and my brother's stuck up friend from elementary school.

Ian Jude and Jude Ian are both great names, but I prefer the former.
