Charles and first names

I like the name Charles but hate the nickname Charlie. Are there any other alternatives as nicknames?

Also, I just stumbled upon this article about first names, and thought you guys would be interested. Wdyt?

Charles is one of my favorite names. I love the nickname Chas for it. I have a friend named Charles who goes by Chaz (which is nice, but reminds me too much of Peanuts). I usually call him Chazzy.
