i went to high school with a kiernan. i always have liked the name although i doubt i would ever name one of my children that. it has a really nice sound though.

I like Sami and Jaci as nicknames; not sure how I feel about them on their own. I think I like Jaci on its own better than Sami.

I like Kieran and Tiernan, but Kiernan, not so much.
