Random names i was thinking about
Mar. 17th, 2008 01:22 pmIn first grade i went to school with twin boys named
Max (not bad) and De'mon (...pronounced Da-mon)
...and he was a demon i swear.
Kids i've babysat for (Middle names included where possible)
Sydney
Kenzie
Owen Patrick
Abbigale Hayley (abby)
Ryan Scott
Isaak
Jordan Elizabeth
Meredith and Julielle (Idk if thats how it was spelled but it was pronoucned like julie-elle)
This summer i'll be nannying for two little girls named Isabella and Gabrielle.
oh and here are me and my siblings names just for fun:
Darlene Ann
Richard Gene Jr
Jamie Scott (He legally changed his name to Scott Jamie so we now call him Scott)
Kristin Ann (me)
Jessica Ashley
The first three are my half siblings, and yeah i know...idk why they gave me and my sister the same middle name... The best thing is my dad named BOTH of us and he asks me what my middle name is all the time...you'd think he'd be able to remember :P

Date: 2008-03-17 10:50 pm (UTC)I think the only names I don't like are De'mon and Kenzie. Some of the spellings are iffy, but not way out there or anything.
I don't know what's up with giving siblings the same middle name. Here I thought it was boring when my brother and I got our parents' middle names; I couldn't imagine having a sister with the same middle name--I think I'd feel it was a waste of a name, if that makes sense. I still almost feel like that, sharing with my mom, when it's a name that isn't shared anywhere else in the family as a first *or* middle.

Date: 2008-03-18 02:59 am (UTC)It wasn't necessarily done on purpose. My middle name (Jane) happens to be my Dad's favourite name. I'm not sure of the reason for giving it to my older sister but when I was born they really struggled with a middle name for me so they just settled on Jane again. When my little sister was born they felt that they couldn't give two of us the same name and not the other one. I really hate it. Especially because Jane sounds horrible with my first name!
