Aislin. It's on my list, but Hubby's not sure about it.

And also Rhiannon, but I think that's actually Welsh, not Irish.

You're right about Caitlin, there is no K in the Irish alphabet.

Saoirse is my favourite.

I have a cousin named Colleen (she's 6) and one on the other side of the family named Brigit (she's about 22).

Colleen isn't actually an Irish name, it just means girl.

For wee girls, or just for females in general? :P

I like Brigid, but only when it's pronounced 'BRIJ-id'.

Haha yeah I've been wondering about the whole "wee girls" thing myself.

I like Colleen spelled this way and Kaitlin. Actually that is the only spelling of Kaitlin I like.

My favorite Irish girls' names are Saoirse, Siobhan, and Eilish.

Traditionally Fiachra is a boy's name, is it being used for girls too now?

Yeah, I thought it was traditionally a boys' name, but I met a girl in Ireland called that. :o)

Maeve (well, technically it's Gaelic, but still) & Roisin! Both are high on my list.
