I was playing around with the middle name generator someone mentioned in a past entry and one of their suggestions for William was William Luke F___. I realized if I did William Owen Luke (Lucas) F___, his initials would be WOLF. That makes me really laugh, because I'm sure I'm getting a hellion for a kid. I was a stubborn pain for my parents, so I bet I'll get the same back XD

I doubt I would ever use it, but I enjoy it too. Does anybody else have initials like that, something they might not use because of what it spells or symbolizes? Another example is the same middle name generator gave me Jan/Javen as a middle name for Brian, ie BJ. Poor boy XD

I plan to use a less traditional spelling of my mother's name to use as my daughter's middle name because if it were spelled the same way, her initials would be EEL. LOL! It's not horrible, but it would bug me.

I know a guy who goes by B.J. I don't think it's such a big deal but I can see why you would want to avoid it.

The only cool initial thing I know of is that if my best friend's brother had been named Seth his initials would have spelled out Seth since his name is andrew edward tanner h_______. I think something like that is cool but I wouldn't go out of my way to spell something with a kid's initials.

Also, the combo of Luke and Owen will always remind me of the Wilson brothers. As long as you don't throw Andrew in there it should be alright though. =P

I don't think what initials spell out can be crucial, unless it's something really unfortunate.
I'm JAB, and my mom is JAP and while we don't enjoy it, it doesn't bother us.

It would be preferrable to avoid it maybe, but it's not that bad in the end.

I think W.O.L.F would appreciate his name, usually boys go for that sort of things :)

In my circle, JAP means "Jewish American princess" so someone who had those initials at my school would get made fun of, especially if that person were a female spoiled brat.

One of my top combos for a girl is Asha Lilley, but with my last name it spells ALE. Ha, it doesn't put me off though. One of my tops for a boy is Max Andrew so with my last name that is MAE, that might put me off as Mae is a girls name...

I think it sounds great!

Initials that spell out names are good luck. Just a tidbit. ;D

That'd actually be kind of cool, having your initials spell WOLF.

I liked the name Violet Audrey for a while until I realized the last name would start with a G and her initials would be VAG. Guh. I also like Louis Elliot, but the initials would be LEG. I don't think that would stop me, though, since it's such a neutral word. Also, my bf is MSG.

Patrick Stump's (lead singer of Fall Out Boy) initials are PMS.

My initials are TEN, and my mom's are SON (not including her middle name, her last name is hyphenated). My dad's side of the family are all JEN (John Edward Jr., III, and IV, and Jeremy Edward, but funny enough my dad's sister Jennifer has the initials JLN).

One of my sisters has the initials TMN. All she needs is to marry someone with a last name beginning with T, hyphenate it, and her initials will be TMNT. How awesome would that be. :P

My sister's initials were almost ARS, until my grandma pointed out that it was almost "arse", so they threw in an extra middle name to make her ARLS, haha.

My initials are MMK so I always get teased for that because of South Park (I think that's the show). My teacher's two daughters have the initials KEG.

I really don't think initials are that big a deal.
Maybe if it spelt something like VAG then, yeah I'd reconsider it, but something neutral like PEN or HAT wouldn't be a problem.
I always wished my initials spelt something!
