Giselle Bailey might be better, and she could still be called Bailey most of the time.

Horrible. Bailey and Gizelle (or Giselle) clash way too much.

Bailey Giselle isn't bad, but Gizelle seems a little awkward and 80's-glamour-star to me.

Bailey is a very basic name, not bad but very basic. Gizelle is very fancy, very French upper crust. The names don't go well.

Bailey is a super popular name for dogs, and the odd "Gizelle" spelling makes the name look like "gazelle" -- so... on the whole, it's a little too non-human mammal to me.
