I just assumed that one or both of his parents were Cambodian. Visoth means heavenly or pure if I remember correctly.

When I realized it sounded like Ocean Monica, I wanted to tear out all the pages in my dictionary. Now, that would have been stupid enough, but she probably has siblings Hurricane Katrina and Storm Summinelse, in which case it would definitely fit..
