Opinions on the name Jansen?
ETA: Pronounced the way it's written, Jan-sen.

I actually was going to use this. My ex's family had a little boy named Jansen and I love it, but they are *very* French and pronounced it a bit differently than it looks.

Yeah, I have heard the name pronounced different ways... "Gin-sen" "Jan-sen"....I really like the name though.

I like it and I actually only know *1* person with that name...i dated a guy named Michael Jansen M. He pronounced his the way it looks Jan-Sen.

I actually have a friend with that name. Last name, I mean. Her dad is 2IC of the local air force base (not that anything happens there).

i was thinking, "i know someone with that name!"
but then i realized that his name is jelsen. and these names are really nothing alike.
its a cute name but in a lot of european countries it would be pronounced yan-sen.
