I don't really like either of them. Constanza reminds me too much of George on Seinfeld. And I don't really like value names because there will be teasing problem if she either lives up to the value or defies it. I love the nickname Connie, though.
I really like Constanza, although I'm not sure in what capacity I would ever use it. I love the idea of using Stanzi or Stanza as a nickname. Constance is pretty too, but I much prefer Constanza.
I like Constance better, but its just a personal preference. Constanza is OK, it just reminds me of The Godfather, and the z sticks out like a sore thumb.
