[identity profile] icebyrd67.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
You may remember my questions regarding arabic names from earlier in the week. after forever of deliberations, the man and i have decided on names. An Arabic first name and a vietnamese middle name.

Girls:
Leyla Quyen
Inara Mai-Le
Kadira De-An

Boys:
Aden Duy
Samir Luong
Malik Sang

my parents would just call the kids by their vietnamese names.

now we just have to get around to MAKING the babies. ^^

YAY!

(yes, we picked names before getting pregnant. we figured this way, we'll have one less thing to argue about when i go all crazy and hormonal.)

I like Inara Mai-Le and Malik Sang the best. I also really like Leyla Quyen and Samir Luong, but I think Kadira and Aden, while legit Arabic names I'm sure, would look like kr8yv names that you just made up. I'd definitely stay away from those unless you are totally attached to them.

On marriage as a formality, I'm with you.

He is the husband of my heart and it is far less important to me what the law or the government says.

Enjoy!!
