I've recently put together the names Louisa Grey and Thea Hadley. What do you think? Also, what do you think of the names Verity (g) and Wiley (b)?

also, we haven't done this in a while, so what the heck. you've just had sextuplets, 3 girls and 3 boys, what do you name them?

Girls:
Harper Camilla
Willa Austen
Louisa Grey

Boys:
Henry Thatcher

ruby colleen
isabel shepard
francesca marie

oliver jude
august gray
max edward

i like both of those names, louisa grey and thea hadley. i am not wild about thea, but its cute enough. i am using gray as a middle name for my first boy because it was my mothers maiden name. and jude is on both of our lists too, my boys middle name is jude (as is his fathers) so i would like to keep that going.

When I first heard Verity I didn't like it at all, but it's growing on me. I don't care for Wiley, though.

Your names aren't my style (though I like Camilla, Henry and Cyrus Jude)
but I think they sound good together regardless.
Though the girls are a bit too much of a blatent literary set for my liking.

I am guessing that Willa Austen = Willa Cather and Jane Austen? Am I right? Then I love it, those are two of my all time favorite authors! :) Also, Louisa Grey is beautiful. I really like your taste in names.

hmmm...my six:

Mathilde Jane
Alice Paige
Norah Grey

Lucien Nicholas
August Matthew
Simon Dean

All the girl names are family names, as are Nick, August and Matthew. And Dean I just like, it reminds me of sweaters and I don't care if my mother thinks it is ugly. :)

I love Mathilde! My fiance talked about compromising with a semi-American spelling Mathilda, but after the death of Heath Ledger I am terrified people will think we are giant HL fans. :( Plus, after A Very Long Engagement I just couldn't resist.
I actually haven't read all of O Pioneers!, but My Antonia is amazing. One of my favorite books ever. :)

I really don't have any boys names that I love like I love my girls names, so those boys names are bound to change.

I love the name Wiley, but for a girl. I had no idea that it was a boys' name until I joined this community... the only time I had ever heard the name Wiley was on a girl I went to camp with.

Wiley was my great grandfather's name and I would love to use it...but I'm afraid that everyone will think Riley with a speech impediment (I couldn't make r sounds as a kid...they all came out as w's)....and I have too Riley's in my family already.....and there is a jackass of a counselman in my county with Wiley in his name....but I love the name!

I think it works well on either sex

I like Louisa Grey, and Thea, but Hadley sounds kind of weird.
I don't like Verity or Wiley so much.

if I were actually having sextuplets (or any amount of children, for that matter) I'd think about it more, but here's a thrown together list:

Levi Jordan
Charlie Weston
Philip Oliver

Jane Violet
Darcy Juliet
Vivien Jolie

I don't really understand the appeal in "retro" names like Louisa, but I think Verity Grey sounds better (though I don't particularly like either name).

I loooove your taste in names. Especially Louisa, Willa, and Harper Camilla. I never used to like Willa, but I've really started to like it lately. I also really like your boy names, but the only one I'd use myself is Henry Thatcher, in either order.

Louisa Margaret
Harriet Eleanor

Hmm, I really like Thea Jude and would never have thought of it myself.

I'm trying to work with the name Thea myself. It's a beauty, but I don't quite know how to incorporate it. Althea, meaning healer, is a family name, and Thea means gift of god, with references to sun, moon, and light.

I'm wondering what inspires you about Grey?
