What language are Khyber, Keladry, Thayet and Khaliq from? I have never seen them before.

Khyber, not quiet sure but i know the Khyber Pass is in Afghanistan, Keladry and THayet are from Tamora Pierce novels, and Khaliq i'm guessing is africa since the little boy i do know named that his parents are from japan and nigeria
