atrocious spelling

I came across what is probably one of the most atrocious "creative" spellings of a name I've ever seen:

KHOLLYN [Collin].

This was on a little girl!

That's pretty bad. I think it would've been much better if her name were "Hollyn", but even then, the y is pretty unforgivable.
